WHAT HAPPENED TO MY NIKE ( HK MEMBERSHIP )  DATA?

At Nike, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our Nike Members. As such, we store your data only as long as you maintain an active Nike HK Membership—meaning you’ve signed into your Nike Member profile on Nike HK Official site. Nike.com within the previous 18 months. After 18 months of inactivity, your account will be de-activated, and you can contact us for reactivation. Your personal information is still available in your settings when you sign back in to your Nike HK Member profile after reactivation, (please see “How was my data affected?” below). After 54 months (4 years and 6 months) of inactivity, we delete your profile and all associated data, and neither is recoverable.

If you’ve been active in the past 18 months and your data is missing, or if your account have been reactivated between 18 and 54 months and you do not see your data as you should, please contact us. If it’s been 54 months since you were active, you can create a new Nike HK Member profile. The easiest way to maintain access to your data is to stay active on any of our Nike HK Official site. Nike.com.

How was my data affected?

Between 18 and 54 months of inactivity, your identity profile settings and order history will still be available to you.

After 54 months of inactivity, all profile information and personal data has been permanently deleted on Nike HK Official site. Nike.com. Purchase history will remain available to Nike after your profile has been deleted, in line with statutory requirements on data retention for sales, tax, and warranties reasons. Why was my data/profile deleted?

At Nike, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our Nike Members. That commitment includes only storing data of active Nike Members, so after 54 months of inactivity, we permanently delete Nike HK Member profiles and all associated data. This ensures that we are not holding information of individuals that no longer engage with Nike and that we are complying with applicable legal requirements.
