CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY NIKE.COM ORDER?
You can cancel an order with a status of “Awaiting payment” at any time. Here’s how you can cancel your order:
Nike member order
- Login in to your Nike Member profile
- Select the order you wish to cancel from “My orders” under My Account.
- Click “Cancel order”
Guest Order
- Enter the order number and email address at the order status page
- View the order and click “Cancel order” at the bottom
Once your order has been paid for or dispatched, please contact us if want to cancel or change your order.

Will the system cancel my order automatically?
You need to complete the order payment within 1 hour after submitting it (Payment must complete within 15 minutes for Lucky Draw, Early Access and Special Edition products). If you are unable to complete the payment successfully within a certain timeframe, the order will be canceled by the system automatically. Alternatively, you can also cancel it any time within a certain timeframe.
Can I change my order or its products after I place it?
If you need to change your order’s shipping address or one of your product’s size or colour, you can do so by canceling your original order with the steps above and place a new order. If your order has been paid for or has been dispatched, please contact us for help.
What should I do if I placed a duplicate order by accident?
If your duplicate order has been delivered, use these simple steps to return the duplicate order. If the duplicate order hasn’t been delivered yet, please contact us for help.
