WHAT IS NIKE’S RETURN CRITERIA?

Please be aware that the shoe, shoe box, and all other accessories are an integral part of the product. Any products that you want to return or exchange must be in the same condition that they were in when you placed your order. Before you start an online return, please ensure all products meet the criteria below. If your return product does not meet the following conditions for secondary sales, we reserve the right to reject your return or exchange request, and will contact you by phone or email with the contact details in your order so as to return the product to you. If we are unable to make contact with you, we will return the product to the original delivery address of the order.

SHOE BOX

The shoe box is well packaged with no smearing or damage. Make sure there’s are no additional objects attached, such as wrapping, adhesive tape, or a courier waybill. Besides, dotted line on some shoe box are packing design only, please do not tear along the dotted line or remove the layer of double sided tape inside the shoebox to meet the return and exchange conditions.

SHOES

Your sneakers should not have any stains, creases, or damage marks on the upper, and the sole of your shoes should be clean. Overall, your shoe should be in the same state as when you placed your order.

APPAREL

All products and hang tags must be intact without any smudges or damage. Be sure that any accessories, labels, product descriptions, related accessories, included with purchase are included when you return an product.
