WHAT ARE NIKE.COM'S SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Nike Members automatically receive free shipping on every order, as long as you're signed in when you make your purchase.

HONG KONG

  • 3-6 working days (4-7 working days for outlying islands)

  • S. F. Express may have additional service charges for specific delivery addresses, please contact SF express for details.
  • A valid Hong Kong / Macau / Mainland China mobile number must be provided when inputting your delivery details. Otherwise, S.F. Express won’t be able to contact you for delivery or send you any “pick-up” SMS.
  • If the products are returned to us due to conflict between the delivery address and the address you filled in, no shipping charge can be refunded, but you will be issued a full refund for such products.

Online Payment

Door to Door Delivery:
The products will be delivered by SF Express to a Hong Kong address selected at checkout.
If we cannot contact you for delivery after two attempts, the related order will be cancelled and returned to our distribution center. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note:
Addresses for consolidated shipping and other couriers are currently not accepted. Those orders will be cancelled without further notice. After the order is cancelled, we will offer a full refund (excluding Cash On Delivery) to you at our soonest.

Door to Door Delivery:
The commercial and industrial areas: Expected to be delivered around 3-6 working days after the order is placed;
The outlying islands: Expected to be delivered around 4-7 working days after the order is placed;

Lamma Island: Tuesday & Friday
Cheung Chau: Monday & Thursday
Peng Chau: Wednesday & Saturday
Once the order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date depending on the shipping information you provided and the time you paid.

Self-pickup at convenience store/ SF Express store/ SF Locker:

Orders will be delivered to a convenience store, SF Express store or SF Locker (except for those located in the outlying islands) around 3-6 working days. You will receive a SMS notification once your order is delivered to the self-collection point. The self-collection is subject to the time as specified in SMS. Once the order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date depending on the shipping information you provided and the time you paid.


Self-pickup:
Once the orders have been delivered to the designated convenience store, SF Locker or SF Express store, we will send you a SMS notification for collection and keep the products there for 3 days. If you have not collected the products on the 3rd day, we will temporally store them in a SF service point and contact you again to re-arrange a delivery. If the order fails to delivered/ collect on the 5th day, it will be automatically cancelled, and the products will be returned to Nike as undeliverable. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. The products will be delivered to your designated convenience store or SF Express store when placing the order. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Door to Door Delivery:
SF Express will arrange a delivery and collect payment for your order at the time of delivery. Only cash is accepted for the Cash on Delivery (COD).

Please note:

• Carrier may call you prior to your scheduled delivery date to confirm the delivery. If we could not reach you for delivery after two attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled.

• Carrier is only responsible for delivery and collect payment on behalf of Nike.com. If you have any questions about your purchases, please contact us directly. Carrier is not able to proceed any returns or exchanges.

• If we could not reach you for delivery after two attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Self-pickup:
The products will be delivered to your designated SF Express store. (Currently, we don’t offer any self-collection services at the convenience store.) You will receive a SMS notification for collection when the products have been arrived at your designated SF Express store. Please make the payment when collecting your order from the store. Only cash is accepted for the COD.

• If you have any questions about your purchases, please contact us directly. The SF staff are not able to proceed any returns or exchanges.

• Once order has been delivered to your designated SF Express store, we will send you a SMS notification for collection and keep the products there for 3 days. If you have not collected the products on the 3rd day, we will temporally store them in a SF service point and call you again to re-arrange a delivery. If the order fails to delivered/ collect on the 5th day, it will be automatically cancelled, and the products will be returned to Nike as undeliverable. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

MACAU

  • After you have selected the delivery service during the ordering process, you can select the available shipping options and rates.

5-8 business days (Sunday & public holidays delivery is not support currently).
Once the order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date depending on the shipping information you provided and the time you paid.

ADDITIONAL INFO

  • Working days excludes public holidays and Sundays.
  • We’re unable to make changes to your order once it’s placed. If you need to make a change, and payment hasn’t been collected, cancel your order and place a new one. If payment was collected, please contact us for help. If cancellation cannot be made, simply refuse the shipment and you will be refunded after it returned to our distribution center. 
  • If the product ordered by you is distributed to the convenience store or S.F. Express outlet designated by you, we will reserve the product for 3 days and send the “pick-up” message to you once the order is ready for pick up. If you fail to pick up the product within 3 days, the product will be temporarily reserved at the S.F. Express outlet and you will be contacted by telephone to pick up the product. If you fail to pick up the product till the fifth day, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the product will be taken back. If the payment has been made, your payment will be refunded to your account. If you still need such product, please place a new order again.
  • Cash on delivery is only available for Hong Kong orders. The courier will contact you to schedule delivery and only accepts cash payment. Be aware that courier agents cannot process returns or exchanges.
  • A valid Hong Kong / Macau / Mainland China mobile number must be provided when placing order, otherwise, S.F. Express won’t be able to contact you for delivery or send you any “pick-up” SMS. No details can be amended once your order is confirmed.
  • Shipping is non-refundable for orders that cannot be delivered due to an insufficient address or invalid mobile number. If your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to Nike and we’ll issue a refund minus the shipping fees.
  • Don’t worry, if you accidentally delete or lose the reminder text (SMS), contact us to have the text resent before you visit the store. And please make sure your mobile setting, memory or signal is good for getting the SMS. Please ignore any duplicated messages if you have already picked up the orders.
  • If the products in your order are stored in different distribution centers, they will ship separately and may cause delay due to the customs clearance issue. Therefore, the actual delivery time may longer than usual.
  • At this time, we can only ship the products to commercial residential addresses (except closed area) within HKSAR and Macau SAR.


FAQs

Why consolidated address shipping service is not available?

To avoid any possible security issues, we are sorry that the above shipping service are not available. You can simply purchase on Nike with your current location.

If my order is cancelled due to the above delivery services, the shipping fee is refundable (if applicable)?

The shipping fee is not refundable.

Why did my products in the same order ship separately?

If the products of your purchase are stored in different distribution centers, your order will ship separately.

How shall I take my order from a convenience store or a staffed location of S.F. Express stores? (Only applicable to Hong Kong)

If the payment has not been made, you shall go to the S.F. Express outlet designated in the short message to take delivery of product. Please show the “pick-up” SMS, and you can sign and receive the package and pay the product price to the relevant personnel there after the package and name are verified correct.
If the payment has been made, you shall go to the convenience store or S.F. Express store designated in the SMS to collect your order after receiving the “pick-up” SMS. Please present the “pick-up” SMS, and you can sign and receive the package from courier there after you have completed identity verification.
If you authorized someone to collect your package on your behalf, such person shall present the “pick-up” SMS to the relevant personnel there before taking my order.
