CAN I SHIP MY NIKE.COM ORDER TO A STORE FOR PICKUP?

Yes, we’ve made getting your Nike.com order easier! You can have your order delivered to an eligible Nike store or, and SF Express will deliver it to related store.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Shop Nike.com, grab your products, and head to checkout.
  2. Choose your preferred pickup location and place your order.
  3. We’ll send a reminder text message with pickup instructions when your order is ready—we’ll hold it for up to three days.
  4. Go to the store and show a store associate the pickup reminder text to get your order.

How long will you hold my order for pickup?

We understand that you may not be able to pick up your order immediately, so we will hold the products for you for 3 days. If the order was not collected within this timeframe, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.


Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes, you can have a friend or family member pick up your order. Just share the pickup reminder text message and have them follow the pickup instructions.


What if I don’t have the pickup reminder text to show a store associate?

Don’t worry, if you accidentally delete or lose the reminder text, contact us to have the text resent before you visit the store. And please make sure your mobile setting, memory or signal is good for receiving the SMS.


How can I return my order?

If you need to return your order, you can return your order at an eligible Nike store. Just take your products to an eligible store and provide a store associate with your username, email address, phone number, the products being returned, and return reason. You can also scan the barcode on your delivery slip at the store, selecting the products being returned and the reason, then give the products to a store associate. Please pack and seal your return securely in an undamaged bag together with the delivery slip. Affix the return code on the delivery slip and return the parcel to Nike distribution center. (Please do not only pack your returns in the original see-through packing bag to avoid damage or missing products during delivery).


Why did my products in the same order ship separately?

If the products of your purchase are stored in different distribution centers, your order will be shipped separately.


Why the “pick-up” SMS is received again after the product has been picked up?

The “pick-up” SMS is scheduled and sent under the system settings, which is mainly used to remind you to go to the convenience store or S.F. Express outlet to take delivery. If the product has been picked up by you, please ignore the SMS.
