WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it according to Nike’s return policy, and issue a refund to your original payment method ,and send you an email confirmation,. Typically, it takes between 4-7 business days for your account to reflect the refund. Be aware fund availability is determined by the policies of the bank or financial institution issuing your payment method.

Nike gift cards will reflect the refund, which is limited to the actual payment amount and the card’s expiration date, within 24 hours (you can check your balance online). Please refer to  gift card terms and conditions for details.

Cash on delivery refunds are issued through a bank transfer and require an account with a Hong Kong bank. We’ll call you directly to assist with COD refunds. Typically, it takes between 4-7 business days for your account to reflect the refund.
