You’ll find definitions for your Nike.com order’s status below.
ORDERS
- Awaiting Payment – Your order has been placed but payment hasn’t been processed yet. Please complete the payment within the given period to avoid order got canceled by system automatically.
- Order Confirmed – Your order has been placed and payment processed (No changes can be made).
- Preparing to Ship – We’re preparing your order for shipment.
- In Transit – The order has shipped out. Check your tracking for updates.
- Delivered – Our system will be updated within 5 days once the order has been delivered.
- Member Canceled – You have cancelled your order.

Store Canceled – Your order has been cancelled by the system.
RETURNS
- Return Created – We created a return per your request. Please send the return product with the related return number to us as soon as you can to avoid your return application got canceled by system automatically.
- Return in progress – We received your return from SF Express and will begin processing it.

Return Accepted – We processed your return and will issue a refund to your payment method. It takes around 3-7 working days.
EXCHANGES
- Exchange Created – We received your exchange request. Please send the return product with the related exchange number to us as soon as you can to avoid your exchange application got canceled by system automatically.
