Returns

Criteria for Accepting Returns/Exchange

• Nike promises to provide you with a “14-day Unconditional Returns/Exchange Service” (Except “The Draw”, “Early Access” and designated Special Edition products. “Early Access” and designated Special Edition products may provide different return period, please refer to the individual terms and conditions for details.) within 14 days of your receiving your purchase (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase). You can return/replace the products you purchased at Nike HK Official site. Nike.com (Except “The Draw”, “Early Access” and designated Special Edition products. “Early Access” and designated Special Edition products may provide different return period, please refer to the individual terms and conditions for details.) for any reason or without any condition within 14 days of receiving you purchase (not applicable to gift-wrapping services and gift message note cards; specific marketing events are subject to related terms and conditions). Unless there is product quality problem, all products are allowed exchange only once, and the exchange must be a product of the same style and the same color. Please return your item together with the shipping slip or order form, otherwise we will not be able to process your returns/exchange.

You may return the Apple Watch Nike+and Sport Band that sold separately which purchased from Nike HK Official site, NIKE.COM within 14 days of receiving the product if it is in good condition (no trace of use, no damage, and returned in the original package with original accessories and manuals) and complies with all of the other requirements in the Apple Watch Nike+ and Sport Band returns policy. Please make sure that the product for return/exchange is unworn and unwashed and meet the conditions for secondary sales. The following are three specific aspects:
•The item for returning/exchange is in a condition that can be sold again; the surface of the product has no scratches, damage and unused. The product should be keep in its original condition;
•The outer packaging is intact, the shoe box has no tears, graffiti, the shoe box is not wrapped around the tape or the courier face is posted;
•All related accessories (including warranty card, dust bag etc.) and all gift set provided must be included with your return.
For example:
Shoes: The outer packaging is intact, the shoe box has no tears, graffiti, the shoe box is not wrapped around the tape or the courier face is posted. The shoes are kept dry, clean and unwashed.
Clothes: All the authenticity tags and labels such as washing label are still attached as original (no tearing, disassembly); the product itself has no graffiti, stains, and unwashed.
Other products: The packaging and tags of the product should be kept intact (no tearing, no disassembly, no graffiti, etc.), and the product itself is intact.
If there is any damage to the product or its outer packing at the time of receipt, please contact the Customer Service representative for assistance.

“Returns/exchange for any reason or without any condition” are limited to the following circumstance:
• The product has any manufacturing defects;
• The color, design model and materials of product are not consistent with the description on the website;
• The product is purchased in wrong size or doesn’t fit;
• There is any problems in the shipping process;
• You dislike the product;
• You purchase a wrong product;
• You receive a product flawed or with any quality defects. Such product may be returned only in accordance with the return/ exchange procedure for defective products and will be subject to additional limitations;
• Certain products sold at Nike HK Official site. Nike.com are provided with warranty cards.
• For some specific offers / promotion events, a full return & refund is required for the orders purchased during the event. You have to return all the discounted products of the purchase, partial return & refund will not be accepted.

Defective items refund

If you find any defective or flawed item(s), refund is available if the suspected defective item(s) meet below conditions:
Nike shoes: Non-artificial damages; not caused by improper use or maintenance (e.g. Degumming, sole, back heel or upper separation), we accept claim request only within 90 days of receiving your purchase.
Any product contains electrical component(s): Any quality issues of electrical component(s) (e.g. electric motor, battery or charger etc.) not caused by artificial damages; improper use or maintenance, we accept the claim within 1 year of receiving your purchase.
Apparel and Equipment: Non-artificial damages; not caused by improper use or maintenance (e.g. zipper damage or prints come off), we accept claim request only within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Apple Watch: Please contact Nike for further checking.
Kindly contact us for enquiry if your products are not mentioned above. If the suspected defective item(s) not meet above conditions, Nike are unable to accept the claim and reserves the right of final decision.

Return Process

For orders deliver to Hong Kong:
If you want to return your order, please make sure that your order meets the Criteria for Accepting Returns/Exchange. You can choose the following options:
• Process your return at Nike HK Official site. Nike.com by the following steps:
    1. Login to your Nike HK Official site account or login as a guest and enter your order number and email address.
    2. Input the products you want to return and fill in the reason for returning.
    3. Choose from one of the following ways to return the products:
      1) The products will be picked up by S.F. Express at your place (Including Lantau Island, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay & Ma Wan, other Outlying Island & restricted areas are not applicable)
      2) Deliver the products personally to a S.F. Express outlet to process the return .
      3) Send the products back to NIKE directly through other couriers.

• Process your return either through our online help or our service hotline by the following steps:
    1. Our Customer Service personnel will set up a return code for you.
    2. Choose from one of the following ways of returning the products:
      1) The products will be picked up by S.F. Express at your place (Including Lantau Island, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay & Ma Wan, other Outlying Island & restricted areas are not applicable)
      2) Deliver the products personally to a S.F. Express outlet near you to process the return .
      3) Send the products back to NIKE directly through other couriers.

  Once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions, we will arrange the refund as per your request as soon as possible.

• Please pack and seal your return securely in an undamaged bag together with the delivery slip or order form. Affix the return code on the delivery slip or a piece of paper and ship the parcel to Nike’s warehouse. (Please do not pack your return in the original see-through packing bag to prevent losing the products during shipping.)


For orders deliver to Macau:
If you want to return your order, please make sure that your order meets the Criteria for Accepting Returns/Exchange. You can choose the following options:
• Process your return at Nike HK Official site. Nike.com by the following steps:
    1. Login to your Nike HK Official site account or login as a guest and enter your order number and email address.
    2. Input the products you want to return and fill in the reason for returning.
    3. The products will be picked up by S.F. Express at your place. Please prepare all the required documents (such as invoice, return code and ect.).
• Process your return either through our online help or our service hotline by the following steps:
    1. Our Customer Service personnel will set up a return code for you.
    2. Our Customer Service representative will S.F. Express to pick up the product at your place.
    3. Please prepare all the required documents (such as invoice, return code and ect.).
*Please note that you have to return all the products for the orders deliver to Macau. Partial returns and refunds will not be accepted.
  Once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions, we will arrange the refund as per your request as soon as possible.

• Please pack and seal your return securely in an undamaged bag together with the delivery slip or order form. Product Exchange Process(Only applicable to orders deliver to Hong Kong)

For product exchange, please follow these steps within 14 days of receiving the products (Except “The Draw”, “Early Access” and designated Special Edition products. “Early Access” and designated Special Edition products may provide different return period, please refer to the individual terms and conditions for details.):
    1. Login to your membership account on the Nike HK Official site, or login as a guest by entering your order number and email address.
    2. Enter “My Orders”, click on the “Exchange” button, select the item(s) you would like to replace, identify the correct item you want to buy, and submit the product exchange application.
* Exchange service is currently not support to the orders deliver to Macau

* When sending back the products to be replaced, it is necessary to write the exchange order number on the delivery slip or a piece of paper along with the package, or else you would have the sole responsibility of bearing the risk of product exchange. Please click here for information on shipment fees related to product exchange.

* The new exchanged item will be sent to the delivery address on the original order; if there is any change, please select the new delivery method and address when submitting the product exchange application.

* *If you request to exchange the products, your return request cannot be accepted before the exchange is completed. If you have requested an exchange for any of the products in the order, you cannot request for further exchange in the same order until the existing exchange process is completed.

Refund Process

• If you paid for the products online, the refund will be paid to your account within 4-7 business days upon our receipt of the returned products. (Actual receipt date is subject to the process period of the relevant bank/Alipay)
• If you paid for the products by cash(only applicable to the orders deliver to Hong Kong), and you would like to arrange return and refund, you need to provide a personal bank account opened with
  a Hong Kong local bank, in order for us to timely proceed with the refund. Our customer service staff will contact you to provide assistance for specific matters in this regard.

Returns/Exchange Shipping Fees

For orders deliver to Hong Kong:
If you purchased any product as a member of NIKE.COM, you may choose to return your product via S.F. Express free of charge by having it picked up at your door. If you choose to drop off the product at a staffed location of S.F. Express, please pack the return product, fill in the waybill the complete return address as shown on our website, and enter the return application code and check "payment on delivery" on the waybill. We will not charge any return shipping fees. If you choose to use other couriers to directly ship back your returns, the shipping fees will be borne by you.
If you purchased any product as a guest, you may use any courier to return the product to us, and the shipping fees will be borne by you.


For orders deliver to Macau:
If you purchased any product as a member of NIKE.COM, you may choose to return your product via S.F. Express free of charge by having it picked up at your door. If you choose to use other couriers to directly ship back your returns, the shipping fees will be borne by you.
If you purchased any product as a guest, you may use any courier to return the product to us, and the shipping fees will be borne by you.  

Reasons for Unacceptable Returns/Exchange

Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your returns/exchange :
• Products not meeting the criteria for “14-day Unconditional Returns/Exchange ” or “7-day Unconditional Returns/Exchange ”
• Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated
• Products with loose threads or crackings due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear
• Damaged products due to use for longer than service life
• Damaged products due to improper wash
• Products with color fading due to display
• Products with unclean appearance
• Non-Nike products
• Products not sold on Nike HK Official site. Nike.com
